ark item downloads are disabled on this server

After the 319.12 update I cant download or upload items via supply drops or obelik. I cant transfer to another server either. My home server is NA-PVP-Official-CrystalIsles-SmallTribes138

have the same problem, upload full of expensiv stuffs - downloading on server disabled, 1hour counter than all deleted - rip - stupid devs.
