Can't unlock HLN-A journal entries on other maps... help, please?

A while ago I had to start a new character and delete my existing single player saves. (A mod went bad I think, and corrupted all the saves when I tried to remove it.) However, I've run into a problem with my current game - HLN-A journals refuse to unlock. I can visit the glowing Tek pillars, and she'll read out the entry. But she doesn't animate at all, and the entry isn't unlocked when I open the journal/codex and check. If I visit the pillar again, she'll repeat the lines... over and over and over.

Is there any way to fix this? There's no achievement tied to these, which means this character *has* to unlock them personally to get the costume unlock. Other dossier entries are unlocking correctly when I find them. I get the XP buff and the journal or critter log entry unlocks just like it's supposed to. So the whole mechanic isn't glitched - just HLN-A. OnO

You are not, they are apparently buggy. In fair warning the boss dossiers tend to bug out as well

Do you know if there's any workaround for the HLN-A glitch? I'd like to be able to complete the Explorer Notes someday, and the costume isn't terrible.

Not that I know off, You could always grab all notes and at the end do the unlock all notes cheat to unlock the ones that remained glitched. I think that might be the only option.

The HLN-A note was bugged since Genesis Chronicles, it doesn't seem there are people who can unlock that successfully (cheating doesn't work either). So keep our finger crossed, hope dev can address the problem. Currently there is no workaround yet. I collect explorer notes and dossiers for fun sometimes, but I just have to accept the fact for this time :(

Seems that all boss dossiers since Aberration are bugged, no way I can get them unlocked.
