Why Dinosaurs? 🦖

i’m sure this has been answered in some lore post/video/explorers note, but i have not seen it, my question is why did the homodeus(or overseer i’m not sure who actually made the arks) choose to inhabit the ark with dinosaurs? or is there no answer to this?
i’d love to hear people’s speculations on it tho

It seems there are a few speculative things to consider with this.

(Ark Park game) plus the Ark game's lore seems to indicate there was an interest in bringing back creatures from the past for people to experience in the previous society. When the corruption to the earth occurred and arks were sent above it, they were designed to essentially train the inhabitants to evolve so to speak into homodeus and ascend so as to be prepared to reintroduce the arks to the planet to reseed/terraform it once again so to speak for habitation and to be prepared for any future in coming threats.

So having characters learn how to deal with primitive challenges all the way up to advanced technical ones would seem to be their training for this.

Remember, not all creatures on the arks are dinos. We have creatures from many different evolutionary eras plus fantasy creatures that the replicators can produce. Also we have creatures that are also otherwise genetically created(aberrattion, extinction, genesis).

If I recall correctly there is a note (don't remember on what map) that says they (the creators of the ark) tried a lot of different stuff and thats where they discovered that putting dino's in the survival tests wielded extremely good results. So they decided to implement them in all the Arks.

lol thats great it even has the 'why dinosaurs?' quote that i had in my title hahah
