It only speeds up crafting for things you craft in your inventor, but it affects anything you craft via a blueprint in terms of a bonus. (extra armor/damage)

Hmmm , I didn't know it speeds up crafting in inventory. Nice to know that.

too much speed sometimes crashes people when making arrows, so be aware.

Yes technically. That's part of progression. But it does so as a cap; it's a random dice roll from 0 bonus to your crafting speed or something like that. So gather those resources!

Never knew this. After playing for years I still learn new things.

So dont quote me on it, I've only read about it. Haven't yet done the "spec into crafting with all points then respec to nornal" thing personally. No blueprints good enough yet.

But yeah that's a major bonus to Ark for me, the MMO-esque nature of its super deep mechanics. Always something more. Just wish they'd rely slightly less on the wikis and player teaching...

Just wanted to point out that it use to be called crafting speed % than was changed to crafting skill %
Like mentioned, the higher it is, the faster you craft and the better your items/BP will be. That is why at a certain point in game many players will put all their points in Crafting than will respec back to normal.

make sure the crafting bonus is only for normal blueprints. you will get NO bonus for tek-blueprints and all engrams. hope this will help.
