Extinction OSD won't eject

I've had a problem with Orbital supply drops the last couple of days. I claim an OSD, the option to deactivate shield disapears, I then complete the waves and the OSD says complete with no option to eject the loot. Has anyone else found the same BUG or know of a fix for this?? (I know it can be a pain sometimes to see the prompts but that isnt the problem)

I've run into this recently. The only solution I can come up with is to not claim the OSD. Just complete it and claim the rewards. This is on a private server.
