S+ Tek Transmitter dosent work

In my world I tryed the s+ Transmiter to scan Dinos
but It wouldnot show me the levels,location there only
where questionmarks instead pease help.

You are probably playing Singleplayer. That's called hibernation which is turned on by default. Hibernation makes everything freeze as long as it's not loaded. That polishes the performance by a good bit, but you cannot see the details of the dinos anymore.
To disable hibernation (which makes the performance a bit worse) you need to do:
1. Right click on Ark in your game library.
2. Select "Properties".
3. Click on "Set Launch Options" and add:
-preventhibernation
(with the minus)

I'm not OP but I'm going to do that and see how badly I get murdered and see how fast I can lose track of things

Not sure about this but I think s+ got broke again with the update from Friday. Again, I'm not sure about that.
-preventhibernation. I love this command as it brings lots and lots of dinos out of hiding. But I play SP offline.

It could also be you don't have enough transmitters and tek generators to unlock the functions of S+ dino scan you want.

It's been awhile since i have played but i think you may need 4 transmitters and 5 tek generators to unlock all the functions.

There was a config to disable the need for multiple transmitters but it did not work for me in single player in June.

From may 31 update notes-
"- The DisableNeedMultipleTransmitter config now also removes the need for power to use the remote scan function of the S+ Omni Tool"

I've experienced the same issue and made sure I have all the needed gens and transmitters but its not showing levels but dose show locations, so far I've only been able to replicate this issue on genesis part 2.
