You will have to do it twice.

You have a good chance, it is active again, after loading your game or restarting your server. So much for "it remembers the state now", like claimed in the patchnotes. It does not remember it's state anymore.

This was working fine before this patch, i see no reason, why they had to touch this. They have something "fixed", that was not even broken. But now it is. Well done WC, well done...

Maybe I missed it but I did not get the fix right. I too have green circles around both ends of my base in my private game. I have no idea what the hell it is. I thought it had something to do with access to my base but you say it is the feeding troughs? If so how do I get rid of the damn things, for they are taking my desire to play this game away. Please......

Never mind, you gave me enough to find the problem, turn them off/ on in clicking on the trough, duh. Once I knew it was the troughs, that knocked it out of the park.
Thanks....

there is no fix. The feeding trough has an option to show or hide its range. Every time you log in its default to show range which causes the green circle to appear. If you select hide range a couple of time it will turn off the circle until to log into the game again.

If feeding trough trick doesn't help then it can also be some of your tamed dinos 'copy settings visual range'. Go check the dino that is in the middle of the circle (sometimes hard to locate) and go options - Hide copy settings visual range.
