can you play coop?
there are official pve servers? can you host a game and play with friends? thanks

No.
You can play co-op from the main menu without any server creating.
In that case you are just playing together in a single-player setting.
This means however(like most other games) that the host needs to be online for others to play.

Refund? lol. I would pay for a own server. Its a really good option. Maybe 5-10 €/$. That is no money and u can play with mods, better settings etc.

The game give me different options like

Single player - And:

Run Dedicated Server
Create Procedural Ark
Host NDN-Dedicated Session
