Cloning chamber help

Single player, just built a cloning chamber. Built a tek generator to power it too, but I cannot get the sodding thing to connect! Where the hell do you fix the power cable to the bloody nuisance thing?

Tek generators require no wires, just element. They magically supply power over a large area.

Alright, I didn't know that. Why is the cloning chamber saying it's unpowered though? it's got the generator right next to it, the generator is running and both are full of element.

Drop the generator first then your electrical items but try stopping and restarting the gen first.. I've had both work when an item couldn't connect.

Having to rebuild a gen would really suck though.

Have you tried increasing the range of the tek generator yet?

increasing the generators range to max didn't help, but building a second generator on the opposite side of the platform the cloning chamber was on did. This game, I swear. Thanks for the help all.
