Mei Yin Note 21 is bugged??

Hello

I found mei yin note 21 (I have never found it before) and while the box opens, the note doesn't pop up and the box UI stays in light blue?

I check my record and it is not unlocking this note.

Tryna grind achievement while corona is happening :(

Am I doing anything wrong? All the other boxes/crates popped open no problem.

I've tried on foot and on a dino, but it don't seem to work. I reload single player, box is closed again but then the same problem happens, box plays opening animation but nothing happens.

This bug happens to all explorer notes & dossiers sometimes. All you need to do is a relog. Although the box shows it's opened, the note itself is not actually acquired. After a relog, the box should be closed.

I experienced this bug mostly in Aberration, it seems fine for me on the Island. It will happen more frequently in my case if you are opening the box on a large dino (like spino).

Thank you so much. I quit and reloaded a couple of times and then it decide to work. Thank you for your help.

The first time I tried to open I was on Giga so.... Maybe it is why it does not work the first time.
