does PassiveTameIntervalMultiplier work?

i set it to like 0.2 and it doesnt seem to make any difference at all

ok so taming seems a little faster with normal dinos but not modded dinos?
any1 know why that is or how i can fix it?

The way the setting works is the lower it is, the faster they'll want food (or should be anyway) I think modded dinos probably require you to wait longer so you won't notice it much unless the setting is a lot lower.

If you're using the balanced narcotics mod you can shoot an appertizer dart into them to make the dinos eat quicker (helps a lot with lvl 500 dinos I have on my server) and won't ruin the tame effectiveness etc. This will require another mod though, but is a suggestion if the interval setting is being a pain. This mod also comes with a few other darts/narcotics but if you don't want to use it you can ignore it.

so i shoot a passive tame and it makes them hungry?

Yeah, just load an appertizer dart into your longneck rifle & shoot it, it won't harm it in anyway but it'll have a 60 second "debuff" making it want more food in that time. This debuff also stacks.
