New xFi gateway causing issues
I had my own private gateway and router, switched to Xfinity's new xFi gigabyte service. I have all the ports open and friends, and outsiders can see my server, all 9 maps. I can only see them if i use the internal ip address. I was able to add them to my favorites that way and join. here lies the problem; I cannot see them if I try and crossover using a Transmitter or Oblisk because they don't show up. Can anyone help please.

Try opening port range 27001-27100 (Assuming you are using Query ports within that range, otherwise adjust that range to be within the 100 range of your server cluster).

Should open on both TCP and UDP

First i'd suggest enabling DMZ and pointing it at the server machine and then test. If it works then it's either a Port issue or a Firewall issue. Let us know the outcome.

Please make sure you disable the DMZ after testing. the DMZ will bypass port blocking, mac and ip filtering and the firewall of the router. It should be used for testing purposes only. If it works with DMZ on then it helps narrow down the problem. It should never be left on though.

Already tried all that, before i know I could access the servers through local ip.

It has to be something with Xfinity's gateway, because I didn't have this issue when using my private Netgear gateway and router.

uhm. the gateway is a modem and router combination. Anyways. if you configured the DMZ correctly and forwarded it to the server machine and it didn't fix the issue. Try the same thing but forward it to the client machine. If the issue isn't resolved via the DMZ on either machine then the "gateway" router is likely not the issue. I would then suggest making sure all anti-virus and firewall software on both the client and server machine are turned off to see if those are causing the issue.

Thanks for trying, I tried all that like 3 times. I was hoping someone who has gone trough this knew the answer. I will call Xfinity tomorrow and see if they can figure it out. I can still play, just not go between maps on the cluster, everyone else can play normally and transfer. I am the only one affected.

If you're the only one affected, and the server is on your network. This is most likely due to NAT loopback. This article talks about a way around it.
