High level Managarmrs

I'm playing on cluster unofficial vanilla pve servers and spending some time checking Extinction map for taming lvl140+ Manas, but....It's almost impossible to see such levels. It's mostly 5-15 lvl Manas getting ♥♥♥♥ in their face. In these 5 days I remember just ONE 140 lvl Mana, but sadly I couldn't even save it ( I wasn't on my owl yet).
Are they really that hard to find? I'm getting pissed off spending so much time getting one. I'm even doing genocide thing but they spawn very slow I feel like. Maybe it's better to clear the whole biome? Idk myself honestly, I just want these precious babes...

kill the lowlvls and press your thumbs to get highlvls.

I haven't played much on extinction but I think all official maps have a much higher chance of spawning low lvls than high lvls.

Equalized Dino Levels and Better Dinos is 2 of the mods that change the chance to spawn dinos. (Equalized Dino Levels make it equal chance to spawn at each level and Better Dinos make it so it spawns the same as in the Ragnarok map, not sure exact how different they are)

So for single player you can use one of those mods, for a server you don't own you would just have to keep killing them and get one high level to spawn in maybe 50 kills.

People also use Tek Transmitter to see where high level dinos spawn, it can scan entire map for high level creatures so they can quickly go and tame it within 5-15 min of it spawning so anyone who doesn't use it likely won't get any high level tames unless super lucky.
With s+ or super structures it is possible to carry the tek transmitter with you and then plop it down anywhere and scan for high level creatures, so doesn't even need to go back to base.

Equalized Dino Levels has some images that show chance of spawning a high level creature, it is very low.

Wildcard made maps have levels set more frequently to the lower end. Hopefully there is a non WC made map in that cluster with manas. They have a much more balanced range of levels.

when ever I look for High levels and they dont spawn. I do a MANUAL Dino Wipe.

go in with a decent dino.. and meat run every dino int he area you want it to spawn. not just the one your looking for. usually takes me about 2 to 3 hours of doing this for a high level mana to spawn. same for snow owls.
