Anyone got a fix for artifacts not spawning on Ragnarok?

I`m playing on a cluster and Ragnarok has a few messed up artifacts, but the devourer is missing out right from its location on the sea floor.

Anyone know of a way that fixes this?

Would prefer not having to ask an admin to spawn items in.

(And yes, tried going in and out of area, tried reboot, tried sticking around for 20 mins for it to magically appear, no one else has been near it in a week...)

seen same prob on our server and map for a few months also, we chose to respawn them in a different location

This is a known side-effect/issue of randomizing loot crates location (RandomSupplyCratePoints=True). A workaround would be to either disable that feature, or to provide the artifacts through other means (e.g. adding them randomly to beacons, etc.).
