Are you playing on an offical server? If not, unistall Battleye as you don't need it.
When you startup ark choose the option to uninstall Battleye. I think it's the last one on the list.

KzieSBoO Your issue is not with BE and uninstalling it will not fix anything. Like anything else in PC world it has issues. Here though it sounds like you are missing some windows updates. What you could do if your windows is fully updated is trying putting "Blocked loading of file: "C:\Windows\System32\mswsock.dll". directly into a search. This will bring up others that have had this issue. You may find that it has nothing to do with BE. This is assuming you have already verified your Ark game files through Steam?

To verify is simple and this can be done with ANY game you play through Steam.

In your library find the game you need to verify
Right click on that game select Properties
Now the Local Files Tab
Last option there should be Verify Intergrity of Game Cache.

This scans any game you choose to see if there are any missing files. This is better than reinstall a game. It could also take a little less time.

Good luck hope this helps.
