Hosted server starts up but goes offline shortly after.

I bought an ark server through nodecraft hosting. I should have done everything correclty in the setup but when i try to start the server it takes about 10 minutes to start up just to go offline. Idk what i'm doing wrong exactly and would love some help,

Are you using any mods on the server?

Have you contacted the support of that hosting service as well?

Is the battlemetrics website detecting the server and has a page for it? If so link it here please.

I use no mods at all.

Support first comes online 17:00-05:00 (They weren't online at 02:00 yesterday idk.)

And what do you mean by battlemetrics. Not super knowledgeable on the subject but i can provide some screenshots of my setup.

Its a website that provides comprehensive search lists for different games including ark:

Look for your server by name on there and if it has a page, link it here(just to see if there is any thing amiss otherwise.)

Outside of that, because each host has different ways to set up servers per their user interfaces there's not necessarily anything we can help with because you'd need to have someone who owns their own server(preferably on your host but not necessarily) step by step go through each settings and configuration to see if there is a discrepancy.

Worse still if you have altered any ini files too that can be cause for such issues.

And lastly, there's also the possibility its a host side issue.

I haven't altered any files at all.
There isn't actually anything i can change about the server that would make it unable to launch. Though it seems my ram is being sky rocketed through the roof at a rough 100% all time. I have been able to start the server before but was unable to join due to the server being on the wrong build. My server is not shown on battlemetrics and i'm not quiet sure why.

I tried updating the server but i just stayed on the same build so i'm really lost here.

Only 1GB RAM? That is nowhere near enough.

But as this is a hosted solution you need to discuss it with them

Oh yeah it seems it only has 1 gb ram... that's probably my problem. Well ♥♥♥♥. The server was still able to launch though but on the wrong build.
