might try doing a dino wipe if nobody's on
However there is one way to prevent this from happening: Turn you resources respawn timer down to 0.01 and only log out once the resource you gathered (for example "kill a stone") respawned back (log out once the stone you "killed" came back).
The only fix for your poor map - could and I say could be - to install your own ark server by using the Ark server manager on your very own PC. Load in your single player map into that server and cross fingers. In some cases the respawn notes that are broken get repaired and your single player world should be working again. Now load the map back into your single player game and have a look. Good luck!
If you have enough of this bug get yourself the Ark Server Manager and play on your very own server, no such "bug" - sorry "feature" - is existing when playing on a server.
