There any give XP commands for Ark?

Add Experience Points
admincheat addexperience <amount> 0 <share>
Adds a number of experience points to the player, or to be shared with the tribe. Replace <amount> with how much XP required, and set <share> to 1 for player only, or 0 to share with tribe.

The sharing is the other way for me.
cheat addexperience 1000 0 0 Gives you 1000 xp and if you are sitting on your Dino it will give you 1000xp and your Dino 1000xp.

You can change the value and if you change the second 0 to a 1 it will share the xp among your tribe.
