How do you repair Paintbrushes?

It doesn't show the ingrediants needed with mouse hover.

not everything can be repaired, and those are cheap to make

OP,
how did you damage it the first place ?
i never came across a paintbrush that broke but had plenty that ran out of paint.
just drag dye over it and you can paint again

yep if you use them enough they break. i have not counted how many applications of paint you get to the brush before this happens. still no belief i can screenshot a pic of my broken paint brush

No you can't repair paint brushes, just drop it and craft a new one

I would really like to see a screenshot please, I have never seen a broken paintbrush in ARK.

oh you guys are new huh.. yeah just reapply paint to them its an old bug they never got around to fixing :P

steam will not show me where the screenshots folder is and nvidia flat out refuses to take a screenshot - i will literally have to make a youtube vid omg sick of this

Press F12 ...take a screenshot, once uploaded open steam library, View, screenshots, view online library.

I want to edit my photos and the "Locate In File" for Steam screenshots refuses to appear unless you log completely out of your game. At least for me. I don't want to shove it out there until I have seen it and my eyesight is poor so I need to see it in my windows file manager.

Can't you like...reapply a dye on it?

It wastes dye but yes you can apply as many times any color. Uses up one dye per apply.

Yes it breaks... It mostly do when you load a lot of different colors a lot of time to paint a lot of flags from imported paint file.
