Microsoft ProcMon flagged by Battleye?

So apparently ProcMon is flagged by BE and shuts my game down. Since when are system utilities flagged? I used ProcMon earlier to determine why a friends custom app was having read/write issues with it's error log and that has since been fixed, yet BE has picked up it was used earlier and refuses to let me start Ark until I unload it.... Why? Short of restarting, how does one unload it? It's not even running.

Using google what I was able to see was:
- The procmon driver doesn't unload even after you close the app, so you have to reboot after using it.
- I've seen other people post that Battleye flags it.
- It seems like there is a cheat program out there that tries to hide itself as procmon, which is probably why Battleye flags it.

So in short, cheaters have a procmon replacement, and reboot your PC after using procmon.
