Resurrect Dinos?

In my solo game I had a spinosaurus, velociraptor, baryonyx, parasaur, sarco and pterodon all level 85+. I worked hard to get those. However, dumb old me thought we could take a level 20 alpha raptor I found. I was wrong. Dead wrong. It killed every single one of them. I have a particularly special attatchment to my baryonyx, and really want them back. Any way, or are they gone for good?

Only way is to roll your game back to an earlier save file

As ves said you'd have to load up a save/backup to a previous point done. There is a mod in development that has a cyberpunk/shadowrun sort of theme that was planning to institude dino resurrecting as part of its overhaul(along with lots of fantasy creatures and magic etc) but I that's not going to solve your issue currently.

Alternatively, if you're playing in single player you can always use an admin command to spawn in a similar dino of level etc to replace the ones lost and tame them as desired.

Eh, it’s just not quite the same spawning them in. Does it save every time you exit the game? Cause if so then I should be A OK.

not trying to be mean but 85+ isnt really high, especially not on boosted rates

And you should be working to get breeding pairs...that way you can risk replaceable babies.

next time lure it into the water with your Bary. your tail swipe in the water will stun it. Thats how you kill Alpha Megaladons with ease :)

there is no way a level one spino loses to any alpha raptor, just abuse the knockback and it will never get a hit in.

I got knocked unconcious so they were all fighting for me and died one by one.

... build a wall around your base like every normal player? :D... no realy... build something around your base that protect you and your dinos... or a dinohouse... there could always be dinos, who wanna kill yours.... even a Giga or alpha rex...

if you are on your own server just respawn and forcetame those dinos... on private or official server... think about a pen next time and look for some new dinos.... some mods will help out with this, but in my opinion, that isnt the solution

The game saves every 15mins by default and when you exit.
So... if something tragic happens... there is a chance to rollback just by hard killing Ark imediately through the task manager. That way it closes without saving.

If, however, something tragic happens, followed imediately by an auto save... then you can only rollback to an older backup.

Backups are made every ...4hrs? Of gameplay...Something like that.

Howd you.... how... how’d u kill all of ur Dino’s? I used to have only a carno, and 2 raptors take on mid level alpha raptors. Raptors had around 2k hp (have 2500 health now). The Carno has 6,000 hp, and decent damage. How did you end up losing all of those Dino’s. Especially the spino and sarco. I feel really bad for u if u had a special attachment to the bary. How much HP did those Dino’s have? Can u give a description of what happened
