BTW, ever since i made the switch to Win10 I've noticed that usage for ever game I run. Even the old 32bit ones
I did get some stability after Disabling Game Mode in Win 10 as well as Disabling all XBone related apps.

i have every setting in ark at maximum, every slide bar, every extra setting possible turned on and i get nothing under 80fps on ragnarok surrounded by 300+ dinos and a massive base. my cpu usage never goes over 62-65% and my gpu runs around at the 85-95% mark as im not really pushing it too hard (i live in a climate that can hit 30c+ (100f+) and sits around 65% humidity even in winter.
You buy a powerful car to give you grunt when you need it... doesnt mean you go pedal to the metal in the supermarket car park.
That's fine if you like it. But your gpu is designed to run at 100%. As long as you keep the fans running there is no harm to the gpu.
For instance my 2080TI is also 100% but drawing like 600FPS on the main menu, because I didn't re-add that cap after a driver flush/update. (thanks for reminding me to do that)
