Building a dedicated server at home
I am in the process of turning my old gaming PC build into a dedicated server at home and want to look into hosting my own Ark server on it if anyone has any knowledge in this process help would be greatly appreciated..

note* the PC being turned into the dedicated server was more the capable of running ark on high settings at around 90 fps in the wild.. and around 5- fps in large taxing bases

ARK Server Manager
is the way to go if the Server will be running on Windows. Best available GUI to manage a server.
and you need to Portforward (on the Router) the Query-/Server-Port you setup for the UPD Protocol to the Server PC.

Mine is a i7 2600 with 16gb ram. I can run 5 ark server clusters with no problems in game. Only ever had 10 players max.

Atm I'm running 2 ark servers and a 2x2 Atlas cluster. So 6 servers all up and no problem so far. Had 3 people on ark and 2 on atlas today with no problems.

I use ark server manager for ark and just run cmd for atlas
