Where can I get gas mask bps?

I want to do swamp cave but im only level 65, what color suply crate can I get it from?

Actually you can use a combination of ghillie and scuba. I use the ghillie hat and arms with scuba tank, pants and flippers.

I've never seen a blueprint for them. The wiki says that the masks, themselves, come in deep sea creates and that you have to be level 80. However, I'm quite sure that I picked them up in other places (though I don't know where). Be patient a little longer and you will either pick up some masks or be able to use the ghillie and scuba.
