Black pearls on Eldritch Isle don't respawn

I've been back several times and the clam things in the water bubbles I've been to are still gone. I'm still finding new ones, but it looks like there are only so many.

Does anyone know where black pearls can be reliably found? Like, where they'll come back? So far it looks like there are only so many collectible black pearls on the map. Will I eventually get stuck with farting around the bottom of the ocean looking for alpha stuff and Eurypterids, or heading to Extinction to tame and butcher Gachas until I find one that drops black pearls?

Crystal Isles, North of map, north of Redwoods, in water, there is an artifact, in that cave ish area, there are special clams that give you Black Pearls, use an Angler fish to harvest to get max amount. They always respawn. I forget what artifact is there, but the clams are very close to it on the wall. My opinion, easier than going to those bubbles, especially since on resource map they do not show up so many people are unaware. But there is also a spot on Rag close to shore where you can swim and get a decent amount of Black Pearls, Genesis has many Black Pearls in the Volcano and Aberration has many Black Pearls near the Rock Drake nest area.

Alright thanks. I know about the places in Ragnarok and Aberration; the point of this is to get them without leaving Crystal Isles though. If I decide to leave CI I'll just go to Extinction, tame some Gachas until I find one that drops black pearls, and bring it home for a steady supply. I'll try to find the underwater place; that sounds like the best bet, and taming an Angler shouldn't be a problem. Finding one by itself so nothing hits it and ruins the tame will be a challenge though. lol
