I remember when there were guides for the ragnarok boss fight, and half of them for months were people using guns to clear alpha on modded servers...
Point being, it is still new. I don't think asking on a general forum is that big a deal considering the garbage I am seeing on youtube right now in the ark community.

I know the breath attacks wont work on the queen, the idea i have is to have my wyverns battle her wyverns (to keep them off of me) and with an even spread of types used, 2/3rds of my wyverns will be able to kill any single one of her wyverns via breath attacks. My wyverns will have all levels put into health and melee. Meanwhile, ill be air-dodging the queen's different fireball types and shotgunning the queen riding my griffin.(with my griffin's levels all put into health and stamina) I highly doubt this idea will work for alpha, but I think i have a good shot at gamma. Depends on how the queen's minions behave on if they get entangled with my wyverns (the plan) or if they ignore my wyverns and focus on me (where it would all go to crap). I do have mods that could affect the fight, (one that lets me craft armor for my no-saddle flyers, and one that lets me craft health potions that I could use to heal myself and my griffin i am riding, but I'm purposely not going to use them to keep it vanilla difficulty.)
I have been a slacker and not tamed any tropeo's yet, but I think i like the idea of using an asc shotgun while riding a griffin vs a vanilla saddle Tropeo w/grenades.(I havent found a single improved tropeo sadlle yet, let alone BP for one.) I dont want to default to rexes and yuty until i have tried other bossfight combinations first. (i hate having to do bossfights with the same boring combos every time) Depending on if this bossfight formula fails hard or not, by backup idea is to use:
A well bred and mutated argy army with good saddles and me riding a daeodon on the ground, using heal aura and me using an asc pump shotgun, and use more of a brute force on the queen with everything and mostly ignore the minions strategy.(focusing on health and melee on the argies, and bringing a crap-ton of kibble and cooked prime on the daeodon to keep the heals going. Leveling the daeodon on health and speed, maybe a little on food) this method might end up a dps race and might be a total fail too, but i had fun beating Manticore this way on SE. Should be easier than manticore on SE as queen sits stationary half the fight and isnt bypassing health with torpor attacks. Argies might take too much breath attack damage from her wyvern minions though. remains to be seen.
I could also try a mix of the two ideas with me on a daeodon with shotgun and my 6/6/6 type wyvern army.(and a backup daeodon on passive follow) It all depends on how the first attempt goes. Me on a yuty and a wyvern army I doubt will work, i would be sitting stationary and courage roaring too much and would get eaten by the queen's fireballs that I wouldnt be able to dodge.
My breeding program has been focused on crystal wyverns of all 3 types and griffins, because they are a ton of fun to use in general. If i have to use the backup ideas, it will take time to run breeding programs for argies and daeodons starting from scratch.
My plan for doing the gamma boss is to just go in with blood wyverns as they got the life steal ability. I bred a line which comes out lv245 (we play on diff 5 btw) with smth over 8k health and 380damage, the one i imprinted came out at 10k/400%. So, 17 of these blood wyverns, not imprinted but leveled for health and melee, and me and 1-2 friends on imprinted ones.
I´m not sure if i should bring in my tropeo instead of my blood wyver since we found a 135% saddle and constantly shoot grenades at the pile of wyverns. Have to turn of friendly fire on our pve server though (need it for breeding since we can´t use mods atm).
