How to fight against the MANA owners?

I play the Island map. I don't have any creature from DLC. How am I suppose to survive against 380+ lvl mana? He just make one hit and I die.

If I were on TheIsland and I got attacked by a lvl 380 Mana I would get to the nearest Ob and GTFO :/

I was running and waiting for the end of the timer near the obelisk, when caption 'You were killed by 384 lvl mana' appeared. I didn't hear any sound before it. I just instantly died.

If you can't stand being killed in pvp because someone is better than you then get better. I know you will use the "i can't get a mana, it's pay to win" card and then i will answer, go to an unoficial then.

Wow, that REALLY sucks. In my experience people who tame/spawn in Manas are absolutely toxic and it's just better to get away from them. No-one goes after a Mana because they're interesting or fun to use. I mean they may very well be interesting and fun to use, but that's not why people tame them and I've never met a nice person that had one.

Also ignore Seftak. It's kinda sad that society has geared so many people to think competitively that they can't comprehend anything else.

I didn't say it. I have DLC, but the question is how am I suppose to counter the high level manas, if there is no creatures on the Island, which can make even small damage to the mana. The trade forum is not open.

Not a pvp player but I am a Mana owner. They flinch from any source of damage (interrupts their ice breath) They can't attack in water, Bear traps are a pain in the @$$, and generally any tame that can stun them makes them really squishy. Most Mana owners pump Stam and Melee with maybe some HP so, if you can get it stuck in one place and start pouring on the dmg, (whether torp damage thru poison nades and shock darts/ tranq arrows out of a craft boosted xbow) or get it stuck and snipe the rider now that longnecks ignore a good chunk of armor resistance, you atleast stand a chance.

Sometimes there isn't a tame to counter another tame but positioning and item loadout can tilt things in your favor. Mankind IRL ascended to the top of the food chain by brain power and tool use against all other animals. When they're riding a mana, they're just another animal, granted with jet engines strapped to their feet and lasers on their freaking foreheads.

You snipe the rider and the mana attacks afterwards it'll default to "cricket on crack" mode which you can usually get away from by cheesing obstacles like trees and rocks, structures, etc. They suck at turning, they prefer ice breath and tamed ones have a max range nerf to their breath.

Haven't met me then. I love my Tiger Jet. Even give people rides across the map lol.

If I see you on a server I will wipe your whole base for the luls, toss all your loot onto the floor and camp your corpse with a 200+ argy. I dislike pvp because of higher level peeps who use their tames to wipe people who are 200 hours behind them, people like you definitely do not help at all.

Do tell, how do you become better than someone with an OP leveled Mana when you can't even leave the server via Obilisk without being killed by it? We'd all love to hear it from the man himself.

I don't know. I do not play either official nor pvp, i play minecraft and jurrasic park on a cool unoficial pve server... i only find it funny reading "i got killed in pvp and it's not fair!".

Ark pvp follows only one rule, do whatever you can to be the one at the top. There is no "you have to let others have a fair chance at destroying your base and killing your tames" rule here. If you can't stand getting punched to the face, don't get into a fight.

That's why I can't stand playing PvP. It's just a bunch of macho ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ running around ganking lower levels and thinking they're the greatest. Not really my idea of fun. . .
