Where is the best place to find (beach) bobs?

A beach bob is defined as a player who has no clue what they're doing/just starting out and is figuring the game out, generally they like rafts and parasaurs.

Let's start with server, a completely vanilla PVP server with no extra additions such as crossark or offline raid protection, a new player will want to get a feel for the game, I don't know what player counts they would go for. The more innocent and optimistic would go for high population, while the survival game gurus would go for mid to low population servers.

Next up I will cover the map.
The island is a strong bet, but are there any other maps that are prone to bobs? And if so where can you generally find them?

Now for the exact location, well durrr the island's southern beach in which they derive their name, but where else? Where would they be on the center or aberration?

I want advice, I want to collect a motley crew in which to mess around with in raft based adventures on my crusade throughout the official servers.

Good question, I intend to play with them, but also be very playful and liberal with the use of my one hit KO melee skill. Setting up death arenas and being the local big shot beach bob.

On the Island, specifically the beaches on the west side of the map; particularly near Red Ob. I don't know why so many bobs end up way over there, but when I'm on unofficial servers and I want to meet friendly new people that's the direction I fly/sail in.

Edit: I think they end up there because it's shiny and they don't know that starting on the east side of the island lets you build a raft and go to Herb island for free tames and metal.

I don't think this would work due to the guy on the managarmr landing close by and blowing up the back wall. As their kill feed is lined with levels 2-25 I would cry.

Beach bobs sound a lot more easy to manipulate into doing what you want for little in return. Why wouldn't you want to recruit beach bobs?
