Question about the Beelzebufo (frog)

On the wiki it says that the Beelzebufo can make cementing paste when killing Meganeura, Titanomyra and Jug bugs.
Apart from those 3 creatures no other creatures are mentioned to give cementing paste to the frog.

I was wondering if there are other creatures that the wiki doesn't mention that DO give cementing paste.
Like the Mantis or the Arthropluera?
In other words: is the volcano on Ragnarok a good place to farm cementing paste with a frog?

Swamps are best. Kill something. Don't eat it. Wait for bugs to swarm. Then kill and harvest bugs.

The swamp on Ragnarok is not that big and doesn't seem to spawn all that many bugs...
But since the volcano is swarming with Mantis and Spiders and such I'm thinking about training a battlefrog to farm cementing paste there. But I need to know if that's possible first.

Nevermind. Just raided 3 giant beaver dams. Came back to base with 3100 cementing paste. This will do for now.

Beaver dams until you are able to make a good suply of veg cakes for snails is usually the best route for dementing paste

would love to see a froggy boi win against a mantis or that giant centipede lol. not a chance, i'd wager. i really like the froggy boi tho. big jumps, good swimming.

megatherium vs anything that drops chitin probably better and faster, i'd put it against the beaver dams too, cause he gets rage bonus when kiling bugs. I use him to grab berries and thatch on the way as well.

I play singleplayer on easy mode. All wild creatures spawn between lvl 1 and lvl 10. So If I lvl a frog up to lvl 100 I'm pretty shure it can stand it's ground xD

ahh ok. i have my difficulty cranked so its a situation where the froggy boi might not win in most cases.

But hold up.... 3 dams? Usually 1 dam spawns, then after taking it's items, the other spawns. At least thats how it goes for me. but ive never seen 3...

Multiple can spawn one time. Go to rag there are loads of dams in the same area.

No to disapoint you but max wild level 10 + 5 for a perfect tame and 72 levels that will probably take years at this difficulty level. So a max of level 87 tamed dinos.

Why would that take years? I have multiple dino's of lvl 80+.

For anyone coming into this thread wondering what the answer actually is, no, from what I tested, the frog only gets cementing from the small, useless bugs. None of the bigger bugs will give anything more than regular chitin.

Start of the swamp cave on the island is hard to beat for paste. Take a couple of breeded frogs.

I usually ride a Megatherium and have two frogs on agro and follow. Only use the mega if the frogs need a hand (have the mega on don't loot corpse / harvest resources)

That's obviously later in the game though.
