direwolf pack leader/howl bug

I have noticed that when direwolfs are in a pack of 5 (to gain the +4 pack bonus) there is a possibility that multiple wolves will be chosen as the pack leader, this means they won't benefit from the pack bonuses form using the howl ability. Not only this but even when a second pack leader isn't present some wovles in the pack wont gain the pack bonus after using howl (they do not howl still)
