Freezing spores

I seem to get the freesing spores at random. I have yet to discern any pattern other than it happens in the blue area.

I frankly cant tell what to look for to avoid it, anyone have any advice?

really small blue mushrooms do it

there's also spore-infested areas that can be identified with the air looking all shiny

Eat the aquatic (i think) mushrooms to buff you against the effect. Or after to lessen the effect.

After dosent work for freeze, only hallucinogen. Got freeze effect from a blue shrim and i ate aboit 400+ mushrooms and it did nothing and i died

They're little white land mine looking mushrooms with jaggy edges. Usually under other shrubs. They go off if you go near them. Hazmat Suit will protect you from them. Harvest them for lots of rare mushrooms and other things.
