Not always. Some days have 10% night , 90% daytime. It constantly changes.

That has nothing to do with the time.
The time for night and day are always the same. 10% day / 90% night simply changes the speed at which the clock goes at those times of the day.
Also watchout after 5 am because it looks like day speed starts a little bit faster than 6am
