GTX Gaming host server - Perlevelstats
I'm trying to add some lines to game.ini (File Manager -> Shootergame -> Saved -> Config -> WindowsServer -> Game.ini) to increase stats gained per level. However upon starting the server, logging in and then closing the server, I find the Game.ini file deletes my added lines.

What am I doing wrong!

Find lines below:

PerLevelStatsMultiplier_Player[0]=3
PerLevelStatsMultiplier_Player[1]=3
PerLevelStatsMultiplier_Player[2]=3
PerLevelStatsMultiplier_Player[3]=3
PerLevelStatsMultiplier_Player[4]=3
PerLevelStatsMultiplier_Player[5]=3
PerLevelStatsMultiplier_Player[6]=3
PerLevelStatsMultiplier_Player[7]=7
PerLevelStatsMultiplier_Player[8]=3
PerLevelStatsMultiplier_Player[9]=2
PerLevelStatsMultiplier_Player[10]=2
PerLevelStatsMultiplier_Player[11]=2
PerLevelStatsMultiplier_DinoTamed[0]=1
PerLevelStatsMultiplier_DinoTamed[1]=1
PerLevelStatsMultiplier_DinoTamed[2]=1
PerLevelStatsMultiplier_DinoTamed[3]=1
PerLevelStatsMultiplier_DinoTamed[4]=1
PerLevelStatsMultiplier_DinoTamed[5]=1

PerLevelStatsMultiplier_DinoTamed[7]=5
PerLevelStatsMultiplier_DinoTamed[8]=1
PerLevelStatsMultiplier_DinoTamed[9]=1
PerLevelStatsMultiplier_DinoTamed[10]=1
PerLevelStatsMultiplier_DinoTamed[11]=1

Silly question, but you have the server off when you save the Game.ini?
Also stay away from the "Easy config" if you are manually editing them.

Don't do it thru the file manager, do it thru the Configuration Files > Game.ini - Text editor section

Hello,

Yes I stopped the server, changed Game.ini --> saved --> Server back on --> Logged in --> logged out --> Shut server --> Checked Game.ini...

To find it had reverted back to what it was before.

Would I need to wipe world and start fresh or is it alright to implement them and carry on using existing world?

You can add them into a current game, it will adjust all level stats automatically. you don't need to wipe the server to add them

I've only done it with weight on my servers but yeah I do it just like Si... said.

You have this at the top of game.ini:
[/script/shootergame.shootergamemode]
