Shine Horns

I NEED A SHINE HORN, anyone have locations they have found them, I know they have been found in the big scary deep light area. Is there any spot thats a little more safe you can find them. Thx for any help

Right in the entrance of the blue area, safest bet.

What zomagord said. Under the big rock bridge just at the edge of the blue area I've seen several, sometimes up on the plateau, once in the lower mushroom forest right on the edge of the Blue, and once on top of a metal mushroom in the blue, haha.

The blue area. also Glow Tails are in samll caves and featherlights are in the radiation zone
