so I found a cave up near the big metal building above the lake (the easy spawn area) there is a wall of spores blocking the entrence but if you use some of the brown mushrooms you can get through, and if you have a bulbdog you can keep away the nameless, anyways there is pretty much and endless supply of metal there. the rocks to get the metal look different from all other maps so you may have to hit a few to learn what they look like. you can also bring a ravanger with leveled weight to carry a crap ton of metal out.

any one found a good place to get a ton of crystal?

Crystal is abundant around the lake...green crystals give you regular crystal and green gems
