ark aberration tree platform

Has anyone attached a platform to a tree yet? I keep getting the no attach points message.

i think they are cliff platforms not tree platforms :) (they just look like tree ones)

Haven't had any luck either..Wondering if it's like ptera saddles - craftable but useless.

You can still craft tree platforms as well as cliff ones, Insanity.

ahh ok, i havent look at the tree side of things just thought it was cool to start building on a cliff edge lol, maybe its like the redwoods on the islands and can only be used on the big trees?

I have the same problem, can't find any "large tree", but large enough to place the platform on it.

Except its not thet the tree platforms aren't working... none of the redwood-like trees on Ab have any snap points for them. It was a big missed opportunity on WC's part.

Bit annoyed I spent mats crafting a tree platform only to find out it cannot be used. However, Wild Card will not beat me!

Not sure what was more disapointing, the bad\dodgy snapping on the cliff platforms and seeing half of the platform disapear in the cliff after finding a snap point, or the tree platforms not working at all.

On the other hand there will most likely be some really cool modded additions as soon as the Creation Kit thingie is updated ;)

Doesn't work on the trees, but it does work on some of the large crystals.
