ARK weighs over 161go...

Hello, as said in the title, steam has been asking me for several months already, 161gb of space for installation. It only downloads 46 GB, but the fact is that the game file once downloaded sometimes weighs more than 200 GB, like saying that putting this on an SSD is not even worth it. I have the impression to be the only one to have this problem, someone would have a solution?

No... I bought a 256 ssd last year, with mods I usually had 30-40gb still free (I had to buy what I could afford). Now with crystal isles the game is 255 with no mods.

I don't know your situation, but you can get 1TB ssd's for $100 or less now.

Like i said ... a year ago you bought an ssd that was too small.... particularly if you bought it with Ark in mind.

Ark was over 150gig at the start of last year.

When i bought my 500gig ssd 2yrs ago... i knew then it would not be big enough for Ark and one or two other games.
