Can you get Perfect Explorer without DLC?

I've tried everything on The Island but from what i've read i'm limited by not having the stupid genesis robot. I'd be fine with this if it didn't lock away one of the hairstyles along with the other rewards (There's only so many hairstyles). I've tried the give all explorer notes command, i've tried picking up all the notes myself, but i'm stuck at the 90% achievement, can't get the 100% one...

i know there is an console comand which unlooks all explorer notes, this will unlook also all the steam achivements ;-)

You can do it without DLC only island notes count

I think he want to have the skins unlooked which you get when you have the achivement, i don't think that anyone of the guy's who have all the explorer notes found them by them self's, usualy they where looking for the location in the internet and if you do so, then it is the same like cheating... and why should you walk to everyplace when you are eitherway cheating... just use the console code :-P

Hehe... of course if he want to do it the otherway, then he can still do it. i just gave him the possibility to get it with consolecode ;-)

I recommend this mod if you don't want to use commands and still mantaint an aspect of exploring.

I have tried this, and it didn't work. I did it after unlocking the majority of them (90% achievement and as many as I could find, entire explorer notes page filled with no blanks) and it didn't do anything. Well, it lagged my game out like it was supposed to, but it didn't give me the achievement for 100%

And I've found all the island notes that are available to me. However, there's 5 notes now that are locked behind having the mini-hlna skin equipped (on the island), and I believe those now count towards the achievement.

Even if you consider it cheating, why would you judge people for something that doesn't affect you at all?

I'll try this out, but I do fear that the issue is related to the genesis logs on the island, as I have every note on the explorer notes menu
