Can't see Nitrado server

Hello,

my friends took the chance to grab the game offered for free by Epic and they rented a server on Nitrado. I am the only one playing through Steam and trying to look up for their server, and i cannot see it on the list, no matter what my filters are.

Also if i try to connect it by "open + IP" i just return to the title screen.

They all seem to have no problem at playing, they are launching the game from the Epic launcher. We also checked on Nitrado's setting and everything seems fine (server has both Steam players and Epic players enabled to crossplay).

Does any of you have an idea on how to fix this?

This epic games free situation has been a real headache.
Did you add "-NoBattlEye -crossplay" to the startup commands?

Battle eye seems to cause lots of problems ive heard some say it wont let people respawn or open their inventory personally ive had no issue with it.
