Report a translation problem
It says:
15:08:24: Starting BattlEye Service...
15:08:25: Failed to initialize BattlEye Service: Generic Error.
Can you tell me how do I do it? I almost not have any clue about this...
With the game shut down, open your Steam Library, right click on Ark, and click Uninstall BattlEye.
Once finished, right click Ark again, click Properties, then on the Local Files tab, click Browse Local Files.
This should open a folder like:
<steam path>\Steam\steamapps\common\ARK
Now, navigate to:
<steam path>\Steam\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Binaries\Win64\BattlEye
It should contain the following files (you may not see the file extensions):
BEClient_x64.dll
BELauncher.ini
BEServer_x64.dll
BEService_x64.exe
EULA.txt
Install_BattlEye.bat
Privacy.txt
Uninstall_BattlEye.bat
Delete everything in this folder. Once done, back to the Ark properties / Local Files tab, and click Verify Integrity of Game Files.
Once finished, launch the game, and BattlEye should reinstall.
