How do i get rid of swamp fever without cure

The only way to cure swamp fever is through using the "lesser antidote". You will need The following:

10 rare flower
10 rare mushroom
3 leech blood or 3 wooly rhino horns
1 narcotic

It is crafted in either the mortar and pestle or the chemistry bench. I recommend using bug repellant if going into the swamp. It makes you invisible to the leeches.
