Can NeebsGaming get some love?

I feel like those guys have gotten so many people into this game, myself included, and they've been playing it for over four years now, before this game's first anniversary! Show 'em some love or an easteregg or somethin'! One of the best comedy YouTube gaming channels there is too, mucho recommendo!

I started playing after I started watching their series. I had 17 hours logged into this game from back when I FIRST bought it but couldn't get into it. I got back on right after the last TLC patch they did I think, so whenever that was. I have over 1700 hours now, but I still haven't touched official servers.

Yea.. don't touch official servers. almost everyone will tell you the same. It's just not worth the aggrevation (unless you love to exploit/grief/troll and generaly being a massive prick, in which case official is for you)

I play on "CasualDreams.org" servers. The admin is really cool, he has 5 servers in his cluster. But yeah, I put all my time in THAT cluster, PvE, I like having community and trade and cooperation. Griefing and trolling were never my thing.

i love neebsgaming just as much as everyone else but im sure they will be ok with their 1.98M Subs and 100k+ views per video on YouTube.. give love to the smaller guys that play the game just as much if not more!

I'm sure the love would get passed along, but hey, either way I'm down! I just feel like NeebsGaming has the reach that got to me and brought me into the game, and I discovered the other YouTubers after the fact. But I just want some love to go around, if not there's no loss!

They have a great channel, but their Ark videos have been getting pretty stale. They barely covered Aberration, skipping over most of it. The rushed Extinction, cheating in the last episode, just to be done with it. And they haven’t touched Genesis at all. They’ve just spent a year taming rexes and argies on Valguero, making pretty much zero progress towards anything at all. They’re my favorite gaming channel, and Ark is my favorite game, but they’re my least favorite Ark players on YT.

Still love their GTA videos and looking forward to them getting back into Scrap Mechanic, now that it has survival.

Never understand when someone says this, because a ton of people play on and enjoy official servers.

At the end of the day, I tend to agree that unofficials can be better. The issue is (speaking from years of experience sadly), even unofficials can land you in situations that can be far worse in regards to admins/owners of servers. Settings being changed constantly, people being punished over nothing despite not breaking rules, potential cheating/favoritism.

Both sides of ark can be good, and they can both be very very bad.

You're absolutely right, but I *really* don't think anyone watches their content for good gameplay or tips... They watch for their personality and the comedy, and frankly that's the only reason I watch them. I loved them way back when they were Hank & Jed and did animated stuff like Doraleous & Associates, and the Mob Squad series. But yeah, they're not "good" at games, the fun in watching them play is almost "because" they're bad. A bunch of middle-aged dudes just having fun, I dig it.

Nah, they don't have to do that honestly. They just play games and make videos, and they even have conventions now, and a lot of people turn out for them. So, I don't see that...

Well, it wouldn't be to get them a bigger fanbase, I was mostly meaning something in the game that's a nod to them, for the fans. Like a subtle easter egg or something.
