Cant transfer off Official Extinction to anywhere?
is anyone having issues using char transfer!

Try logging into any other server, creating a new character, Or, download your duped character in upload.

More than likely your character got duped and since you have a character on Ext and the exact same character in upload, game is preventing transfer.
