Can't get a snap point right :c

I have been trying to get another sloped stone wall to snap to the back of the wall to make like a cool roof but it wont snap like that although i saw it in a video any ideas?

You can't intersect like that with S+ structures. Try using vanilla structures (vanilla sloped roofs can only be attached to vanilla sloped walls; same for sloped S+ snapping only to sloped S+).

It has nothing to do with Structures Plus and evething to do with game mechaincs

If you want to lean alot ... Look up Aaron Longstaff of ark AND Timmy Carbine... Watch their video's ... I learned alot. And don't have the time to explain it.

But I will say the main roof is first

if I got you right you want to place sloped ceilings on your back part of the roof but ceilnigs on your front block them.

so to fix this issue you can try this:
1 remove your front sloped ceilings but leave sloped walls
2 place sloped ceilings on your main roof part
3 place back sloped ceilings on your front part

Are you single player? S+ by default has collision disabled so you can't place pieces that intersect others unless you follow a specific order. Change the ini file to allow it and reload.

Its way easier get the correct snap point if you use the sloped wall temporarily then remove it.
