use your grappling hook or climbing pick, or even a thyla or magalania if you have taken it with you inside a cryo. If you have none of those, good luck, there is no way of getting out (apart from cheating).

It is a good way to check the information of the cave you are going for on wiki before you head out if this is the first time, there is a warning that tells you to bring grappling hook for that artifact chamber.
