It looks like AMD is having some kind of trouble. Have you updated your drivers? The 'faulting application' is coming from AMD in some way. Maybe try reinstalling your AMD drives or wiping your PC for a fresh start?

Sorry man I cant imagine how frustrating it must be

Also sometimes when it crashes it gives me this error, Unrealengine4.shootergame.exe has crashed then gives me an error report

Try reinstalling ark, it looks like there definitely an issue with your ARK game files and something in AMD

doing a quick search there are a several reports from amd/radeon users with similar but slightly different issues (AUEPMaster.exe crash)
a few of them report that it was a gpu driver issue
most times a pc is shipped with w/e is stable and current when it was built, these can be months or even a year+ old by the time its delivered and sells to the public, its always a good idea to upgrade gpu drivers on a new system
so maybe upgrade your graphics driver, or roll it back if its new? may not help but may be worth a try

My pc also often reboots when I start the ARC game on the Ragnarok map. I updated the driver (I also have a 5700xt radeon) and started to run the game through the Radeon Settings and there are no problems for the last two days. Before that, I had to start all over again - after the next reboot of the PC, all the saveings broke. Now I am constantly making a copy of the save, but so far everything is fine.

Please post the full crash log. You can find it under:

<install drive>:\Steam\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Saved\Logs

open the newest file with the ".crashstack" ending, you can open them in the notepad, copy and paste here.

And you should check your Manual for the Motherboard about the RAM Sticks, Side by side sounds utterly wrong
edit: quick check it is utterly wrong, they belong into Slot DDR4_1 and DDR4_2. So if looking from the CPU Socket towards the Ram that's:
empty, RAM, empty, RAM, edge of mainboard.

For the sake of clarity, go to the steam help menu, click "system information" and the copy paste all that information here so we can see what -Steam- is detecting for your rig and any potential discrepancies.

Out side of that, it seems your rig itself is having issues and not due to Ark.
