''In addition to having totally new color patterns and regions from their normal counterparts, they also have a 5% damage increase and 3% less health when tamed. Wild X-Creatures have a 250% damage increase and a 60% damage resistance from and to tamed Creatures on Genesis: Part 1. Furthermore, unlike other Creatures, X-Creatures can be leveled up 88 times as opposed to 73 times, can exceed the official level cap by 50 levels, and will gain Experience at a rate of 2.5x for killing them.''

Just read the Wiki

Reading Wiki is... hard for people without Internet and Google... oh, wait...
wiki rarely had things that mattered in my experience

''I've got 2.6K hours'' You would think he learned how to find the Wiki in all those years.

So you make a new thread on a forum sooner than just using Google?

What wiki are you using? The only ARK wiki I'm aware of is a model of how to a wiki right. It's loaded with info.
I just wish the team running the ARK wiki would also take over running the Conan Exiles wiki. That thing is completely useless. They just copy/paste the tooltip and call it done.

There is a huge difference.

Wild X-dinos deal more damage while also having 50% health and torpor damage reduction. The devs did not introduce any new mechanics to deal with this.

Tamed X-dinos deal 5% more damage but have less health than normal dinos however they do not have the damage reduction that Wild X-dinos have.

it's really stupid.

WC needed to give breeders a reason to switch to the new variants.

Aberrant dinos already have that side-grade. 5% less health, 5% more damage.

No, they can breed to a higher cap, but they don't straight up get more levels

So, this all applies to my X-Rex? Nice! . . . I still find him useless compared to a good old fashioned super-mut, lol.

However, that's all gonna change once X-Rexes become supermutant Godzilla kings. :D
