First time breeding super rex need advice

Hello, thanks for reading.
I am currently trying to breed a super Rex on singleplayer for fun. I have 4 different lineages going so far. 2 for Hp, 1 for stam, 1 for attack. my plan is to get each stat to 18 then breed them together and see the different results and pick the best one. I am using the 0/0 method from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6KGhaV1mddE. But he does not go over what my question is. Currently i am at the second mutation with each dino, but now 2 of the dinos have gained 4 levels instead of 2 so 2 mutations instead of 1. One in the right spot and one in weight/food, my question is should I use these dinos or keep breeding till I get a dino with only 1 mutation instead of 2?
