Product Key, maybe? If so I don't think Ark uses them, but it's been installed so long I can't remember.

I'm pretty sure he's asking how to abide by the code of conduct

Basically go to the link it says at the top of ark and read the rules. This only applies to official servers

that is a simple a reminder for everyone that there is an Code of Conduct and that breaking it, on official servers, can have consequences. I posted you the link to it, since entering ark.gg/coc into your browser seems to be to complicated for you, at least i guess since you said there is no link to the CoC. But that reminder is not specifically aimed at you.
