Does movement speed have a cap?

It doesn't have a cap, but some dinos become really hard to control when their speed gets up really high.

Some dinos dont get benifits from speed like direbear , and whooly rhino just ramps up his charge faster but dosent go any faster. And it Has a cap. But its very high. You can get to speeds that allow you to cross the whole map in seconds BUT you can never get to be fast enough to get across the map with a single W click.

Dinos have a hard stat cap of 255 points into a single stat.

Players can play The Flash as much as their hardware/ping can handle.

That's true, but you can only get close to that many points on one dino if you use mods or change server settings. My answer was assuming the OP doesn't use things like that.
